IMHO this world will be 100+ years in the future and by then:

As we more into space, the value of land will steadily decline.

As we develop fusion and solar power this will be ridiculously cheap

If you mean human services, yes.

My list of the top three would look more like this:

(1) Knowledge: eg technology, real-time data (stock prices, events)
(2) Services: eg educational, medical, technical (human or AI)
(3) Antiques: not n-copies :)
