I'm considering about Turbo Molecular Pump vs Double Diffusion Pump. These are candidate for SEM.
Someone said the noise and life time of TMP. Others said about the speed of Double DP.
Double DP means cascade connection .
I need advice from whom have experience to use TMP or Double DP.
