GU: NBO 3.0

Hello.

During the course of installing the 6/22/96 version of GAMESS I noted an
entry in the manual that said it now interfaces with the old version of
NBO found at infomeister.osc.edu.  However, my attempts to interface that
version have been less than successful, in that it dumps core when it hits
the NHO (natural hybrid orbital) evaluation section.  Has anyone
successfuly made this work?  My environments are SGI R4000, Irix 5.3, and
SGI R8000, Irix 6.1, F77 6.1.
